We are Home
It has been eight months since the storm flooded Long Beach and our house. We have lived in a hotel, grandma and grandpa's house, and an apartment. In March we started fixing the house, and now we can finally come back to live.
Mom found this note that Nick wrote, it said Nick is back home.
Our kitchen is beautiful and much bigger now. Nick already knows where the dishes and his favorite foods are stored.

Happy Birthday Dad
June 1st is dad's birthday. Even though we still don't have a kitchen in the house, we have furniture and other things, so we decided to order pizza and take out and eat in the house.
