A visit to the Fairfield Inn

Every February, when school is closed for winter break, dad takes Nick to the Fairfield Inn. 

Nick loves this trip because he gets to swim in the pool.

Most of the time there are no other people there, Nick has a big pool all to himself.

Happy Valentine's Day

On Valentine's Day, most people go to the store to buy a card.  Nick did not get mom a card, but he wrote mom this note on paper. 

Mom said, "Thank you, that is much nicer than a card from the store!"

Happy Birthday Katie!

This week Katie had a birthday, she is four years old!

Katie loves to swim in the pool, take care of her dolls, play soccer, and spend time with grammy.

In our family, she is the only girl.  She has a big brother and two boy cousins. 

We call her our family princess.

Hello Ryder - New Baby Cousin!

Last Saturday we got a phone call, Auntie Nicole had a baby, Nick has a new little cousin!

This is Ryder, the day he was born.

When we get new pictures on the computer mom shows them to Nick. 

Mom said, "I remember you auntie when she was a baby, she looked just like that!"

Batman Bathrobe

For Christmas, mom gave Nick a Batman bathrobe.

Nick had a big smile on his face when he saw himself in the mirror!

Mom said, "that's good news, you can get better at modesty!
