Today mom and Nick went to the Winter Bash in Long Beach, it was a festival for the families who are working to restore our community and live in their houses again.
Mom and Nick walked to Broadway and Lindell Blvd until we found the festival.
Nick played at the basketball booth, he got six chances and shot two baskets!
Nick got two blue drinking cups as a prize.
We walked home and looked at our neighborhood, the boardwalk was all gone. Mom told Nick our town is still cleaning up after the storm. We walked by our house which is still broken. We sat outside but it started to get cold, then we came back to our apartment to eat Sunday night dinner.
